Bombay Mix Air-Fryer

Method

If you love Bombay Mix, or just mixture as we call it, but you don't love the calorie count it comes with, then you've got to try this. 


Place rice flakes, chana dal, peanuts (optional) in airfryer. Sprinkle salt, turmeric, chilli powder.


Add a bit of oil and airfry at about 170 degrees for 5 minutes with the occasional shake.


Add puffed rice, curry leaves, bit more turmeric & oil. Airfry for another 3 minutes. By now all ingredients should be crispy & crunchy. 


You will find two problems...one, you can't stop eating once you start. Two, when you do stop with all the salty, spicy joy...you will want to finish with something sweet!
