Ginger-Garlic Paste

Must have for Indian cooking. You will see many recipes will call for this paste, so worth having it in your fridge if you fancy cooking Indian dishes regularly.


Simply grind equal quantities of ginger and garlic. Store in a glass jar in the fridge. Will last a couple of months if care is taken not to use a wet spoon or introduce any moisture.


May change colour to green but does not affect safety or taste.
