Hariyali Chicken Tangdi Kebab (Green Masala Chicken Drumsticks)

Ingredients
For Chicken Prep
1 kg chicken drumsticks (skin removed, slits made)
2 tbsp lime juice
2 heaped tsp ginger-garlic paste
Salt to taste
For Marinade
200 g plain yogurt (not sweetened, avoid Greek yogurt)
1 heaped tsp SouthIndian4Me Garam Masala
3 tbsp SouthIndian4Me Green Chutney
3–4 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
Extra salt & lime juice (to adjust)
Method
1️⃣ First Marinade
Rub chicken with salt, lime juice & ginger-garlic paste.
Rest in fridge 30 mins.
2️⃣ Second Marinade
Mix yogurt, SouthIndian4Me Garam Masala, green chutney, oil, cumin powder & salt.
Coat chicken well.
Cover & refrigerate overnight.
3️⃣ Cooking
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Place chicken on middle rack, cover lightly with foil.
Bake 30 mins.
Baste with oil if needed.
Remove foil, grill 5 mins to brown.
4️⃣ Serve
Keep warm in oven, covered with foil.
Serve hot with jeera rice salad & extra green chutney.
✨ Tip: Taste marinade before resting. Adjust salt, lime & spices as you like.
